Year 7 & 8 Shine in Their Final District League Fixtures!

Our Year 7 and Year 8 teams wrapped up their final district league fixtures in spectacular fashion, securing victories against both Manor and Huxlow.

Year 7 Matches:

  • Wollaston vs. HuxlowWon 8-5
  • Wollaston vs. ManorWon 12-9

Year 7 dominated both matches right from the start, showing exceptional teamwork and fluid link-up play. Their shooting was outstanding, making it difficult for the opposition to keep up. A fantastic display of skill and determination!

Year 8 Matches:

  • Wollaston vs. ManorWon 14-1
  • Wollaston vs. HuxlowWon 19-2

Year 8 delivered an outstanding performance, completely controlling both games. Their defensive play was particularly impressive, with incredible interceptions that prevented their opponents from scoring. The teamwork and resilience shown throughout the season truly paid off in these emphatic victories.

A huge congratulations to all the girls for their amazing work this season! We now eagerly await the final league standings to see where we place. Well done, everyone! Netball club and fixtures will resume in September.
